Before you message

We read tips about wrong URLs, revived markets with proof, and phishing clones abusing the DarkFail name. We do not handle order problems, refunds, vendor drama, or “can you unlock my account.” For those, talk to the service you used—not us.

Response time is irregular. A few days of silence is normal. If something is urgent for your safety, contact local authorities or a professional—not a status list admin.

Server notes (for people who care): we publish from a small self-hosted Prosody box. Prefer OMEMO or OTR after you confirm the fingerprint in-band. We will not accept file transfers of “market dumps” that look like malware bait—link to a description instead.

Impersonation is common. We never cold-message you first asking for crypto, seed phrases, or to “verify” a wallet. If someone claiming to be DarkFail does that, block them.

What helps us act on a tip

• Market name + the exact onion you think is wrong or missing
• Where you saw the claim (forum thread, signed notice, etc.)
• Whether you can still reach the old URL
• Any PGP-signed statement from the project (paste or link)

What doesn’t help: “is this legit?” with a screenshot and no source, threats, or offers to pay for a listing.
